announces the execution of a royalty-bearing license agreement between PCT Corp. and Zerorez Franchising Systems, Inc. ("Zerorez" , a national carpet and living surface cleaning franchise company.

Completion of the contract will provide millions of dollars of gross revenues to PCTL.
