Readen Holding Corp. (OTC: RHCO), a diversified holding company, announced today that the Company has been approved by OTC Markets for its OTC Disclosure & News Service. The Company has already begun filing financial statements and disclosure reports with OTC Markets and anticipates being elevated to OTC Pink Current status within the coming week.
RHCO also announced that it will be formally introducing its new management team and unveiling its acquisition strategy for 2021 in the coming weeks.
