He still watches this board. I see thumbs ups from him all the time. The management team has indeed been very quiet. I believe they're working on some great stuff based on some rumors I've heard, and if true, there's no way they can put out PR's about any of it until they are no longer bound by non disclosure terms and at that point we'll likely see one or more 8-K's first. I'm not posting details obtained from rumors. If and when management can share some non-material information with me I'll share that, but not hear say.
I thoroughly believe they know where this is headed and simply refuse to leak out details that could screw it all up for all of us just to try and push the pps back upward by a penny or two, and they can't force the accounting process to speed up the fins. Once all of the data is transferred, the process is out of their hands. They've contracted with a larger and faster firm, so the problem of late reports should be eliminated going forward.
If they do share anything I will of course pass it along, but again, I believe they are being quiet for a very good reason. If they were tanking, they would have absolutely NOTHING to lose by pumping fluff news to try and push the pps upward so they could get something for their shares before throwing in the towel. No, I'm quite sure that big stuff is in the works. The silence is about non disclosure terms and not to hide disaster.
Now that they own their own bottling company, they've moved into even more private label deals, not limited to CBD infused products. They did this because they are serious about growing the company and shareholder value. Those moves mean strong revenue streams NOW. Hand sanitizers are still hot for those doing it right, which they are.
Longs need only keep a stiff upper lip and continue waiting for fins and news. Running around with hair ablaze will bring only stress, not results. Pay no attention to the same old bashholes like nit_wit. They are here for the same reason they always show up, to help themselves and their toxic pals by shaking loose shares from weak handed traders. I know they won't get any from true longs that were well informed prior to this quiet period. Not many at least. If big dumping were occurring, the volume would be high, but there's just a trickle right now. Patience will pay off IMHO, at least for those that can tough it out.
