All I can say is that Doc has been clear on several occasions via social media that there will not be a reverse split. Conglomerates need to have a tradeable float, 350 million shares give or take 50 imo is actually a small float for a pending NASDAQ listed conglomerate. Heck I have friends in Nokia (NOK) with an OS of 5.6 Billion (Yes that is a B and not an M) and it trades at $4.25 PPS. We have a small percentage of that OS. We will have much more to offer than just a 5G network and licensing of mobile phone rights to HMD Mobile. We are talking about:
Our own PBM (HRI) $204 Million revs and likely higher when the newest report is released.
Our own Medicare and Medicaid networks
Our own Telemedicine network
Our own CARF clinics
Major internationaly distributed CBD medications
Partnerships with Bioremedies and Eagle Force

Plus so much more. Anyone worrying about how small the float is with all this revenue that will be shown in the super 8k is either ignorant of how the market works or has ulterior motives imho!
