Have you read the Form 4's? Apparently not. Read them! They have a Code P on both of them. If you don't know what a Code P is, it is essentially the code for a Market Purchase. The SEC's Instructions define Code P, as follows:
P — Open market or private purchase of non-derivative or derivative security
Also, note that the note at the bottom of the Form 4 for Jordan G. Naydenov, Director, says: "This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $2.4701 to $2.49," and that "The price reported reflects the weighed-average purchase price."
So, YES, it appears to have been two MARKET BUYS.
