Highly doubtful they plan to dilute now.
In light of the two Form 4 SEC filings today reflecting MARKET STOCK PURCHASES by a Director and by the corporation's General Counsel, highly unlikely that there will be a public offering of stock IMHO.
Why would a General Counsel privy to corporate business buy $25,000 worth of stock with her own money if this was going to happen?
Why would a Director who would also be privy buy $300,000 worth of stock with his own money if this was going to happen?
Think! These two insiders believe the stock price is a bargain right now IMHO.
