Thanks for that information CDiddy. Those FORM 4 filings certainly support the notion that funds will be raised using a different mechanism. Although those stock purchases were not substantial by any definition, I am happy with this development. Doesn't mean there won't be a piper to pay down the road -- just means the SP won't tank in the process.
