Further, in addition to being CODE P, there is a note at the bottom of the Director's Form 4 that says: "This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $2.4701 to $2.49. The price reported reflects the weighted-average purchase price." Again, these are MARKET PURCHASES.
