The market usually takes the PPS to what it actual

The market usually takes the PPS to what it actually worths. If the q helps to be able to put a price tag on the actual worthiness of the PPS, the price will move there and won't collapse below it by much. Notice that lately the base keeps getting higher and we did not go back to 0.0001 despite all the bad news - this is because the market starts to see value IMO.
