Originally when reported that the WHO trial was not a placebo controlled trial I kind of ignored it. But, now that I think about it, the WHO trial does reflect what an approved Remdesivir would do for a large number of patients. Instead of a very controlled trial, it is a real world usage example. The fact that they could not see any benefit really shows how the past trials were so manipulated to get some positive result. I have no doubt that the Remdesivir will do relatively nothing against covid except give false hope and side effects.
