Here's what I know..
400 million AS has been reduced a few days ago to 150 at Nevada SOS
62 million is the OS
Float 25 million
The TRADE-ABLE float is 13.2 million
(This shell has been dead since 2015)
so figure with write offs the actual shares trading out there is probably 50% less.
CEO ha sjust regained control of OTCMarkets and has begun updating $NVGT.
Figure filings will start to drop to get this back up to fully reporting sometime around November 10th.
This will not be diluted
I figure this will probably peak at $.45-.60-higher?
