All true, however this tweet (public communication) was aimed DIRECTLY at the "last step", which appears to be the NASDAQ. It is easy to 'predict' the actual day of launch but impossible to 'know' the actual day. However, the great D/D here sure points to, and makes sense that it is going to be in time for a great Thanksgiving with family, IMHO.
