Most smart people don't like or use advice. (the oppositve of wisdom described in Bible Proverbs).
But a concept of greater substance, this long letter of advice (and basically mild/moderate criticism) is actually askig Dr Nader to take on a new approach of "not being himself" and being cleverly deceptive. Our formative years are correctly labeled formative. If you abruptly pull out the weeds, you will also inadvertently pull out some of the good plants.
LIke all of us Dr Nader is a package, if he chooses to improve himself, fine, but generally, improvement that changes who we are or over reconstruct us, are usually overall, harmful.
