Thanks for the reply Jeff. Yes, if ND wants to play in the big leagues (NASDAQ) he needs to be a pro and not an amateur. When analysts from billion dollar funds are asking questions on investor calls, he can't be getting snippy, or using terms like "surprises", "don't blink" or "next question".
