Thanks Jeff! Very insightful and I agree on all your points. Can you highlight some areas that still need further improvement? In my opinion, for one, I think managing expectations is a major area needing improvement. NP is much better but still has a long way to go. He still makes it seem that highly improbable events are very likely...aka hyping, pumping. He needs to be more professional and stop it. There's a fine line between promoting/PR and pumping. My 2 cents.
