Tell them it's like an iceberg.
The TriedandTested App is the small part above the water. The test taker operates that part, imputing his info and getting back test result status.
Underwater, the test manufacturer registers the test in favor of the client (government, sports team, hospital, airline, etc), verifies the test taker's ID and reports the test results. That's simply data management, but it is specific to the use case of Covid-19 so it is very valuable.
I watched parts of the Kansas trial when CEO Squires testified and he said they had a 15 minute test, and that it was bundled with the App. So you get to an entrance, you show the green dot alongside you picture ID on the app, and you are waved through to where you want to go.
Finally, the entire world is affected by Covid. We usually only hear about our area, but if the UK , with a population of 67 million only buys 100 million tests (depending on what numbers are used) I would be very surprised. Then, when you think the world population is around 7 billion souls, the potential is huge.
