Heuszel and Sassuan (Sam) Lee. Heuszel and Lee also serve on the board of Document Security Systems Inc. (NYSE American: DSS), a multinational company operating businesses that focus on brand-protection technology, blockchain security, direct marketing, healthcare, real estate and securitized digital assets. DSS owns 37% of the outstanding shares of SHRG.
