This is is why are a compressed spring as far as price is concerned.
Out institutional ownership is a joke (I am sure some of us individually, including myself, have more shares that all of them together). Of the sorts one can laugh at if it was not tragic ... See chart below (as of Sept-30-2020).
Most of companies have a large percentage of shares owned by institutions.
Here I am talking on institutions that can buy 50 Million of CYDY stock and not bat an eyelid. Not unusual some having 70%-80% ownership of companies.
Why ??? Well, first of all we are not in listed in a mayor exchange. Second, the SP needs to be above $5, third we need credibility, unfortunately markets are not efficient (in spite of what some say) and most of their research departments are not doing their homework (do not to worry, they will when news of an approval hit the news or we are up-listed.)
So, we, retail shareholders are singlehandedly supporting the price. When the gates open and institutions start buying we will see the launch of a Saturn V rocket mission to Mars.
And I want to be in the cockpit when this happens.
