TriedandTested App is a health status with great ID verification and test result management. It does not have a contact tracing function.
It probably could be connected to a contact tracing App by a client for that function but that is not the purpose or responsibility of QMC, INNOVA or TriedandTested.
By having a free-standing test results App, local contact tracing can be done independently by municipalities instead of a cumbersome NHS system with spotty results. Contact tracing can then be done without violating the Testee's right to privacy by moving the data without the Testee's name being identified.
The parties in the article are making knee jerk reactions lumping all 6 contracts together and making assumptions. Once the facts are better revealed hopefully they will withdraw their remarks.
