What I see going forward is Nader’s percentage s

A great leader is a person that recognizes his weaknesses and hires people to overcome such weaknesses. If you interviewed CEO’s they would tell you that the best things they ever did was to hire the right people and that’s where their success comes from. No one can do it all. Our time as a company with many many employees to do all the needed tasks required to be a big pharmaceutical company is as close as our first approval and revenue. We will grow then for sure.
I would not like to change leadership of Cytodyn at this point in time. It could delay us years and lose the relationships we now share with the FDA. You may not believe that Nader has a great relationship with the FDA but I believe he does. He gives them their due respect and that goes a long way in any relationship. Nader is smart that way.
You can hate or blame Nader all you want. But he has got us this far at a minimal cost and minimal time compared to the averages of biotechs looking for drug approvals. This is the reason we are in the position we are currently. Close to approval. With a change of direction to Covid is and was a huge directional change. Most of and/if not all were NOT supportive of his change of direction.
Fact is we are most likely to get our first approval in Covid. Looks like a genius move now and he took heat for it. Nader has made great decisions in funding and been very respectful of dilution. Great leadership quality is a conservative approach financially. Nader has that. We should be thankful.
I will support a leader like Nader all day long for the above reasons. He has recognized his mistakes and made changes and that is huge also. Nader has all the qualities we need to get us over the finish line. A lot of the items awaiting our finish are just out of our control and anyone’s control. No matter who is CEO. It’s up to the drug to prove itself out and for regulatory agencies to be aware of it. Nader will be there for us to smile and complement the FDA just like a great CEO would be there.
This is why he is the right person for the CEO of Cytodyn now and until he steps back further. There should be no doubt about that. Yet people will push their agenda and try to discredit Nader.
Listen to them and make your own opinion and review the facts about our CEO. I believe you will find far more important reasons to have Nader than to have someone else leading this company. over the finish line. But all opinions do matter. Do a proper pro/con assessment and have your own opinion.
