Several engineers argue to adjust protocol and do this or do that, but they are the less credentialed engineers, the highly credentialed sophisticated respected experienced stringent engineers insist on following protocol, not listening to common sense. Power wins, subsequently, most on board drown in the sea or are eaten by sharks. The sea is the FDA, the sharks are big pharma and market and political power players.
