I voted for the equity incentive plan and against the executive compensation plan, as I believe many here did.
I do not feel it appropriate to limit the ability to attract new talent, but certainly felt that the compensation after the BLA RTF and other missed deadlines was a reach.
200K shares to induce a new talented physician/executive feels much more proper to me than the shares granted to existing management over the last six months.
