Strongly agree. Soldier's mobile devices were used by the Russian GRU to track and geolocate them during their deployment to Poland. DoD is fully aware of this mobile device Achilles heel. The joint Air Force/ Army SBIR phase two acquisition contract underscores how seriously this threat is being taken by DoD.
