The lawsuits were about OOBA - such as the product Cygate. If you notice, last I checked on ACS’ website, Cygate is no longer listed there. Some patents in the lawsuit related to the OOBA have now been invalidated. This is my understanding at least. So the lawsuits had nothing to do with the keystroke encryption and these non patented competitors will essentially have to use different methodology that is not unique.
I’m sure reading the Entrust’s head lawyer’s comments are entertaining, so I will look them up at some point today.
