We need solid News to get this to .02, then AMEND THE REG-A offer accordingly, to offer only 100,000 shares at .02 -.025.
Then reduce the AS to whatever the OS is after the Reg-A.
If Spencer can do this, “All Hail”;
If not, then I have no time....
