Our problem (you with the pool, myself with phase two) is that things are not happening soon enough for many shareholders time-frames. Phase two is stymied by the CR. On 12/11 we will get more clarity on that. Either it will be extension of the CR (groan!) or Federal budget passage enabling forward movement. What about the pool? What factors impact it?
