I guess my reasoning is that announcing your testing is successful is not giving away any trade secrets. What it is doing is announcing you have successfully proven something and you can now move to the next big step which was what everything was hinging on with the testing to be successful.
Everyone was waiting on hearing it was successful and nothing. With word of success, there is a good chance more optimism comes and potential movement in the market because investors start believing.
So, being quiet doesn’t do anything but just let the PPS sink further while behind the scenes they can do their work. That’s fine if that’s the plan. But, expectations were set that we were waiting on results and never heard anything.
Anyways that’s my thought. Probably doesn’t mean much
