Good grief, refineries have been using heat transfer fluid for decades, and it still ony costs them $5/barrel to make fuel.

To claim it is expensive would be almost as foolish as claiming an SEC settlement is expensive knowing it was for the exact same amount as the Theresa Laws settlement.
