Full enrollment should be the #1 priority of the company right now. We cannot wait until mid-January.
The pace of enrollment is glacial. Big Pharma drugs are constantly elbowing their way to the front of the line, and this is not going to change as time goes by.
Best path to full enrollment: unblind the data, massive press release of positive interim results. If leronlimab works, it will overcome whatever statistical penalty is assessed. Positive PR will overcome it. Doctors can't enroll in a trial they've never heard of, and we don't have the juice to be heard over the next remdesivir.
No govt agency is going to help us fill the trials. The current strategy cannot continue. Unblind the data, and most importantly, let the world see it!
