I guess this is a question that we are all asking ourselves, and I am sure in case there would be any way to do so, Joe would be the first to pursue it.
I still remember how upset he was about the Veneto Partners and Creek Mountain Fund issues.
So you can be rest assured that he would be doing everything to track these activities and try to bring such crooks to justice.
Unfortunately, though, I am almost sure that such "shady" individuals know what they are doing and are professional enough to know what they are allowed to do and what not, or disguise themselves well enough that this cannot be followed back to them.
