All of this back and forth about Patterson and nader is silly conjecture. No one knows the truth, there are contracts in place for a reason and we have no knowledge of those details. Did Patterson squeeze to hard with his patents and or did nader just claim the tests were rejected by the FDA for some reason.
No way of knowing the truth, no way, probably some of both.
Add what nader said about the delay of trials being someone else's fault and we may have a hint at the true s0urce of the incompetent common denominator.
