Immunoglobulin M (IgM), which is found mainly in the blood and lymph fluid, is the first antibody to appear in the response to initial exposure to a new infection. IgM is with high specificity and high sensitivity to 2019-Novel Coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2), which has significant value in early detecting 2019-Novel Cornavirus(SARS-CoV-2). Immunoglobulin G (IgG), the most abundant type of antibody, is found in blood and protects against viral and bacterial infections. IgG appears later than IgM when infected with SARS-CoV-2, but it can persist in the blood for several months, so positive IgG may indicate patients were ever infected with virus.

Symptoms of people with SARS-CoV-2
Illness can range from people with mild symptoms to people being severely ill and dying. Symptoms can include:
●Fever
●Cough
●Shortness of breath
Test Procedures
① Mark the sample number on cartridge
② Take serum, plasma or whole blood 10uL and load it into sample well of cartridge
③ Drop 2 drops of buffer
④ Wait 15 minutes
