The FDA does not release a broad rationale about their approvals. It is the companies that may release information about the process behind the approval. He is encouraging the companies to do so. It's an attempt to try and stop the pillorying of the FDA. With the approvals that have already been given for COVID-19 I think that would come back and bite the FDA on the ass.
