CYDY owes $65 million to Samsung by the end of 2020. They already paid $37 million and by simple math, still owe $28 million by the end of 2020 (these numbers are all from the quarterly report, which I pasted below).

Deals in other countries have been discussed her extensively, especially for COVID. It’s likely that most countries will require S/C data prior to approval as the S/C population is of lost concern. At this time, prior to the CC, as far as we know the data is still blinded and thus NP cannot share it with other countries. Now, if the DSMC recommends to halt the trial OR NP decided to unblind the data, he can then share it with these other countries who may be willing to approve the drug if the efficacy is clear.
