Being a current government worker and negotiating

To say that any talks are wide open is just silly to me. Nobody wants wide open negotiations and for you to say that the FDA will not use a NDA is arrogant in its own right. All talks IF in negotiation is a private matter and as gun shy as the FDA should be. They would not like their offers exposed to the media for all to see while in such negotiations. That is my opinion of the position of the FDA. Regulatory or not. Respect is earned and not given and therefore NDA’s have their place in negotiations of any kind for any agency.
If you don’t think CYDY has any negotiation options and will only take what is given. Then why would they line up other countries to submit their data to. Does this not give them negotiation power? Everything in my world has always been a negotiation of some kind. CYDY is holding a pretty good hand if the possibility of corruption exists and they have to look to other countries to get their first approvals for Covid. The loser in this situation is the FDA and the American people. Don’t you thing the FDA realizes this also? Hence both side could and would in my opinion not want open discussions. No media exposure.
My hope is still for a EAU on Tuesday!
