To trade with desktop functions on both iPhone and Androids do not use the apps. Type in the website. Both have buttons to the right of the address bar at the top of the page. Iphone tap and hold the refresh button, then select "request desktop site". Android tap the 3 dots to the right of the the address bar and select "desktop site".
I would try it ahead of time because you will have to use the zoom.
