Anything is possible. So when you state your opinion that it is not possible... I will somehow respect it but please don’t tell me how the world of negotiations happen and how rules work when in a possible negotiation period that could be happening right now and how both parties want or have to negotiate in good faith. There would be no press releases in good faith bargaining and only agreed upon informational releases if any negotiation is possibly ongoing. That is if there was a confidentiality clause invoked. All information released is talked about and approved by both groups before it could or would be available to investors or the general public. Otherwise press releases are strictly taboo in negotiations. I don’t know if there is negotiations going on and neither does anyone not directly involved.
So make assumptions and opinions but respect other opinions as well. As for a time period of 4 days release of information by SEC. We would seem to meet that informational release timeline on Tuesday. It would be wonderful to be a fly on the wall or the head of someone in these meetings. But we are not afforded the information we all desire.
Once again, Tuesday could still have a EUA if they wanted all talks private. This seems normal to me. But having been in situations that confidentiality agreements hold true. You just can’t predict what is happening behind closed doors.
