The real question is whether the "potential regulatory path forward" is a current path (i.e., now, without further testing) or whether it involves continued testing. If the former, i.e., a current path now without further testing, this is AWESOME, great news! The more I read it, the more I believe it is that, a current path forward NOW, based upon the PR wording structure. Time will tell, meaning I await Tuesday to tell us.
