It's funny that in Virtual Learning I'm teaching about the stock market and basically how to make trades and whatnot... So the kids look at a stock they bought and see red. Immediately they ask me about selling. "Why should I hold it if it is losing money?" They ask me. Really? Then I tell them the Cytodyn story. Bought at 8, trusted the science. Bought more at 6, trusted the science. Bought more at 5, trusted the science. Now I'm holding. I trust my gut.
Do I wish I waited from the start? What kind of idiot wants to buy at 8 instead of 2.75? Of course I wish I waited. The price changes and we don't know when the jump will happen. I just hope the jump isn't to 5. Although, that would be really funny. And... I'd still be losing.
