Are you talking about Micah who has a deal with the History Channel?
You might want to check your sources before you post certain things. Especially if it's second hand horse crap.
Some have suggested the SEC filed criminal charges against him, but those are civil charges. Further, ClearTrust's attorney has filed a report with the Court saying Island acted as a Transfer Agent should.
If/when cleared, you could see other actions taken.
