I am not good at reading tea leaves or guessing what the FDA will do. I would be rich were that the case.
However, I believe it profoundly unlikely that Dr. Seethamraju's comments are just
"an offhand remark from a physician who may not be fully aware of the trial protocol or the significance of invoking the FDA at this stage and simply meant to point out that the data is being evaluated"
Dr. Seethamraju initiated the push for leronlimab in covid (the "Hero" touted recurrently by NP).
Montefiore is one of the original sites for CD12, so there is quite literally ZERO CHANCE that he is not aware of the trial protocol.
