You have to give Joe credit: he used to be a little sloppy...or perhaps overly enthusiastic...when describing what he expected to occur. He got roasted here when things didn’t happen the way he described, if at all. He’s gotten much more cautious. He seems to have learned: hold a conference call to describe things that have actually occurred. But now we want him to tell us what is going to happen and when. At least I do.
