Anyone who can read for comprehension and who knows what defines America and Americans is not being born here but rather accepting the idea of America; the constitution, the rule of law, majority rule and minority rights and free elections with peaceful transition of power.
And the constitution guarantees that you can't treat people differently based upon religion, ethnicity, race or culture.
