It is amazing how close that is to the judgement rendered by the judge against the 3 defendenta in the jBI defamation case. The judgement clearly said that no defamation had taken place, and ensured that it could not happen in the future. The overwhelming conclusion of this board is that defamation took place and the judgement is an admission of guilt, although the Judgement said that it didn't.

Here you are saying that if the statement says that JBI is to stop engaging in fraud in the future it must mean that it happened.

If this board applied the same logic to the scenario, then fraud must have tken place!!!
