Blue Streak Disinfectant - Clearpoint Chemicals
Thanks to the help from another long who also is a researcher, we have put some pieces together and figured this one out.

Clearpoint is listed as both level 2 and level 3 distributor (AL and TX) I believe that Blue Streak is the level 3 distributor, based on what I am seeing, and since they are in Fort Worth, TX.
