Was probably advised to step down until the complaint was resolved.
Btw no big mystery re the bond-high because Bob and his wife have been living and working in Mexico and the company has substantial income.
I dont see anywhere yet where he is not on BOD. Nevada Sec of state I've seen doesnt list all BOD ,only officers who are on BOD.
CWRN is 1 of only 2 companies in the cattle drive complaints where the SEC does NOT ask any officer or member of BOD step down, so Bobs stepping down at least temporarily is voluntary, probably under advice of counsel to concentrate on the complaint-which is on a fast track to be heard July 19-23 or so.
Shirley Lee, an officer or past officer of Geo tech (whose website has been down for reconstruction for a long time and still is- geotech.org----Geo JS Tech Group),has I believe been associated w the closely held shares and as such was on the BOD I believe.
Like all the officers of Geo Tech, which has reportedly ca 20-22 mining concessions of its own but does not operate any of them last I looked-CWRN was going to be operating partner for Nazarena and perhaps other Geo concessions,is also a shipping facilitator etc-not that that is needed for CWRN since Bao is handling the shipping.
I believe she has Chinese heritage and speaks Chinese-Sunny can verify
Geotech is 1 of the partners w CWRN in the Nazarena project-see the 2-28-11 PR,and the recent CFO/CPA -Jimmy Yee-who we talked about on the boards many months ago as a possible CFO candidate, has been 1 of the major investors-Sunnycanverify-who, except for their shares, have been paid for their investment.
