Rarely, stocks do move upward parabolically, but pull backs within an uptrend are normal, natural... to be expected. In fact, it is Human Nature to regret missing a big move, and to resent paying more than “the next guy” did; so, there are always forces trying to push price back down to create better entry points to a position. Today was to be expected. Under the ASSUMPTION, that something good can come if the EU Patent for MobileTrust, (and assuming ACS is not part of that), today’s close looks to my eye like a pretty fair entry point. Just one amateur’s opinion... nothing more.
Just as Mr. Kay has downward Amended the Reg-A offering price, now, i hope — as seems only fair — he’ll amend it again to this week’s closing price, thus reducing dilution from that exercise by 2/3 or more. After all, it would be unfair to current shareholders to allow wealthier investors to buy shares at 1/3 the average past two days share price.
