Well, I can’t figure out where 70 million shares

Well, I can’t figure out where 70 million shares are coming from in only 2 days, without the Reg-A yet having been authorized. 300 million shares x .01 is $3 million. So I figure within a week or two, either the company’s debt will have been paid down a bit, or, they have some alternative method besides the Reg-A to issue shares to pay their expenses.
