9:00am – 17cv6093 – L2 Capital, LLC et al vs. Quantum Materials Corp et al. – Trial. This is a suit on promissory notes and other allegedly breached contract terms.
We will begin streaming shortly after the scheduled start time absent some need for continuance, technical issues, or some other resolution by the parties. As stated previously, this is not our official record and we do not archive our hearings on YouTube. This is being provided as educational material and public access during the period when the Courthouse is not otherwise available to the general public. It is as close to sitting and observing in the public courtroom as we can provide at this time. The parties and witnesses will be appearing remotely by video conferencing software and we will access exhibits through a cloud service. Although the Court is familiar with the general background of the case, the parties may each give an opening statement, a roadmap of where they expect the evidence to take us, at the beginning of the trial but are not required to do so.
