While I agree that the podcasts were nice, they were too revealing and quickly became something that benefitted flippers much more than long term investors.

I respectfully disagree however, with your statement that "investor confidence is at an all time low". If it were, the pps would be as well IMHO. This is merely an aggravating delay, and corrections to the pps will occur all the way up as it ratchets it's way higher. The stop sign will go away after they get current, which they soon will.

I strongly believe that for most true "investors", as opposed to flippers, the all time low was when we found out all of the details of what Jerry Grisaffi had done and who he had done it with, and the quick realization that defending the company in court from that potentially HUGE screwing we had been left wide open for was going to cost us a boatload of unnecessary dilution.

Those who have been honestly concerned due to lack of official communication will feel much, MUCH better IMHO, once they get current and report what they can. NDA's will prevent reporting everything when they would like to report it.

They would love to calm investor nerves, but fluff only helps flippers. They've made it clear in private communications that they are running the new facility at full throttle and working diligently to expand distribution. Patience will be rewarded in my opinion, based on everything I've seen and heard at this point.
